ELOQUENCE MEDIATION

A boutique mediation practice based in Melbourne and available nationally

Eloquence Mediation is a specialist practice supporting people to reach outcomes through alternative dispute resolution, specifically through mediation.

Mediation offers people an opportunity to resolve disputes swiftly – avoiding the uncertainty, expense and delays of litigation – while enjoying the peace, clarity and restoration of relationships made possible through this structured process.

Director Anneli Knight is a nationally accredited mediator and former lawyer with affiliate membership with the Law Institute of Victoria. She has two decades of experience as a facilitator and interviewer – with her work as a journalist, executive coach and educator – where she’s supported challenging conversations and held space for people to explore creative and practical solutions.

Eloquence Mediation cultivates positive and respectful communication through the mediation process, and is grounded in the values of fairness, equality and creativity.

Mediations can be booked for half or full day either in person in Melbourne or nationally online.

ABOUT

Anneli Knight

Anneli Knight brings diverse experience to Eloquence Mediation. Her career foundations in finance and law were with investment firm JBWere and as a commercial lawyer at Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson Waldron) in Melbourne. Later she became a staff reporter at Sydney Morning Herald and contributor across Fairfax print and online press, before joining the beta phase team at creative tech platform, RedBubble.

As director of Eloquence Consulting, Anneli delivered professional writing services, training and coaching to global clients including eBay, PwC, Maersk, ANZ and Suncorp, as well as dozens of Australian businesses across the finance, education, travel, health, construction and logistics sectors.

She has experience adapting her style and approach to the needs of clients, whether that be for business leaders in corporate multinationals, entrepreneurs in inner city start-ups, or stakeholders of regional community groups. A more light-hearted aspect of her work has involved facilitating conversations among authors at writers’ festivals.

Through the mediation process, Anneli cultivates positive and respectful communication and creates an environment that supports people to explore a broad range of possibilities for shared outcomes in resolving disputes.
